All returned items must be unworn, unwashed with the tags still attached. Items that do not meet these requirements (or are specified as a 'non returnable item') will be denied.
Once the item has returned to the warehouse, it will first be inspected to make sure they are in original condition, Please allow 5-7 business days from when the item is delivered for your returned order to be processed. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.  Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless we have sent you the wrong or faulty item.
